The tivelve extra electric light standards distributed through the shrubberies at Victoria Square. Hastings, were in commission last evening during the Citizens’ Band concert, and their illumination amongst the trees endowed the surroundings with a romantic atmosphere, which contributed in no small degree to the charm of the evening’s entertainment.
