MUSSOLINI’S DECREE

TO FASCISTS ABROAD. LAW-ABIDING MEN OF INTEGRITY. (Received 6, 9.25 a.m.) Rome, Feb. 5. Signor Mussolini has issued a decree ordering Fascists living abroad to observe the laws of the countries where they are living. They must not take part in the internal life of such countries and must not participate in strife. They must be an example of public and private integrity and must respect Italian representatives and Italian ideals.—(A. and N.Z.)
