AMERICAN EDUCATIONALIST. VISITING AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND. (Received 4, 11.25 a.m.) Sydney, Feb. 4. According to a cable received by the vice-president of tne Teachers’ College from the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching Dr. James Earl Russell, who for a long time was Dean of tho Teacher’s College, Columbia University, New York, has accepted appointment as visiting Carnegie professor to Australia and New Zealand. He will lecture on cdueducational subjects on his visit.
