PROFITS ON MINTING. (Received 5. 11.50 a.m.) Canberra, Jan. 5. Since 1910, when minting operations commenced, silver to the value of £6,750,000 has been issued by the Australian mints, and the profit made on mintincr coins was a little more than £3,000,000 sterling.
