A NEW MAGISTRATE
MR S. L. PATERSON. (Per Press Association). Auckland, December 22. Mr Stanley Logan Paterson, of the firm of Meredith. Paterson ana Hubble has been appointed to the Magisterial Bench. He was born at Napier and educated at Christchurch. He obtained his degree nt Canterbury College in 1916. in which year he was admitted as barrister and solicitor. He served in the N.Z.E.F. from 1916 to 1918, His district will be allocated later.
