The Queensland Advisory Board has recommended to the Roma Oil Corporation that two or more holes should be sunk to a considerable depth with the object of developing the Roma area as an oilfield, and representatives of the Corporation have approved the recommendation. Testing at the bore continues, and 250 gallons of white emulsion was discharged with less than two per cent, of excess free oil associated. The water was brackish.
