THEFT OF MAIL BAG
IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT. A MAN ARRESTED. Hamilton, Oct. 1. There was an important development to-day in connection with the mail bag which disappeared from Frankton railway station on September 3 The Hamilton police arrested Harold William 'Melville Taylor, married. an agent by occupation.
