Mahora Swimming Club wil| hold its annual general meeting on Friday next at the School. All members should be present.

Next Thursday Dalgety 'and Co. will sell by auction a freehold section ou the corner of Fitzrov Avenue and i d ay’s road.

The annual general meeting of the Heretaunga Swimming and Life-Sav-ing Club will be held to-night in the Hawke’s Bay Jockey Club rooms, at 8 o’clock.

The annual meeting of the Hastings Guides’ Association will be held on Tuesday at 2.40 o’clock in St. Matthew’s Hall. All mothers of Guides and Brownies are invited to attend.

The committee of the N.T.C.0.8. Club beg to notify all members of their annual dinner and re-union to bp held on Saturday next. October 8, at the Caledonian Hotel at 6.45 p.m. This function is one of the most important of the club during the season and the committee are endeavouring to make it an even greater success than previously, and trust for a good attendance of members and supporters.
