“TEA FOR TWO” Nearly every man likes pancakes, and this is the way to make very delicious ones, which are nice served with sliced lemon or jam. A clean and fairly large frying pan makes the mix'tore easy to turn. Most people buy too small a frying pan. A big one will eave ever so much time. Do not have a very hot fire or the mixture will burn instead of gently cooking. PANCAKES. (Best made a-half an hour to an hour before nse.) J os. flour, 1 cup of milk. 3 eggs, | teaspoon salt. Mix the flour and salt smoothly with the milk and add the eggs well beaten. Grease the frying pan with butter or dripping and pour in enough batter to nearly cover the bottom of the pan. Turn with a broad knife. Cut out and keep the “Tribune” recipes, we are giving very good ones, all suitable to the season.
