HASTINGS PLUNKET SOCIETY’S SECOND CROSSWORD PUZZLE

First Prize: £3 35., Second Prize: £1 10s. Third Prize: 10s. This Competition is organised for the benefit of the Hastings Plunket Societv. A Sealed Solution of this Puzzle has been deposited with the President, Miss Elsie Williams, Frimley. CONDITIONS. 1. An entry fee of One Shilling must accompany each solution submitted. 2. Forward solutions to “Crossword Puzzle,” P.O. Box 190, Hastings. not later than Wednesday, Sth October, at which date all entries will close. 8. The correct solution and list of Prize Winners will be published in the “Tribune” on Wednesday, 12th October. 4. The decision of the adjudicators shall be final and legally binding. 5. In the event of more than three competitors having correct solutions the prise money will be divided and no second and thirdprize will be awarded. 6. Prizes will be awarded strictly on merit.
