At Milton yesterday James Robert, son Parlane pleaded not guilty to a charge of selling liquor in a nolicense area. After the hearing ol the evidence the Magistrate convicted defendant and fined him the maximum penalty of £5O. On a charge of failing to give his correct name and address to the firm fronj fined the maximum penally of £2O.
