LOCAL MOVEMENTS. and Co, Mako: Due this afternoon from Coast and Auckland. Awahou: Working Coast en route from Auckland to Gisborne. Parera: Undergoing her annual overhaul at Wellington. Putiki- Sails at midnight for Waikokopu, thence Whangarei. Koutunui: Undergoing survey. Te Aroha: Sails for Wairoa when sea moderates. Kiritona and Koau: Lightering meat to the Tainui. Pakura: Left Wellington yesterday for Napier. Due to-morrow morning. Ruru, Fanny Kiritona, Tangaroa and Tu Atu: Idle. Union Line. Waimea: Expected to arrive early to-morrow morning from Gisborne and sails the saAe day for Auckland direct, taking cargo up to 11 a.m. Kahika: Arrived at 7 a.m. to-day and berthed at the Breakwater. Sails probably to-night for Gisborne, taking cargo for Gisborne and southern ports between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. The steamer is expected to again load at Dunedin about Tuesday next for Napier via Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. Kamo: Is expected to load at Bluff about Uth October for Napier and Gisborne, via the usual ports. Kaitangata: Arrived at 8.30 p.m. yesterday from Westport but was unable to berth at the Breakwater this morning owing to heavy swell. Kanna*. Left Greymouth at 11.30 a.m yesterday for Westport to complete loading for Wellington, Napier and Auckland. Waihemo- Left San Francisco on 19th instant for Apia. Bluff, Dunedin Lyttelton. Napier and New Plymouth. Waikawa: Expected to load at Vancouver and San Francisco late October for Napier direct. New Zealand Shipping Company.
Rimutaka: Expected to leave Lon don 12th November for Wellington Port Chnlmerq. Lvttelton nnd Napier Ruapehu: En route from Southampton to Wellington, arrived at Panania on Sunday and sailed in continuation of her journey on Monday. Federal Steam Navigation Co. Norfolk: Expected to leave Liver pool Ist October for Auckland, Napier. Wellington. Lyttelton and Port Chalmers. Shaw, Savin and Albion Line. The Tainui is expected to complete her loading of frozen meat and general cargo for London and to sail to-day for Wellington. Local agents: Dalgety and Co., Ltd. The Mataroa is due to arrive at Napier on October 20th from Wellington to load frozen meat and wool for Home. She is to proceed the following day to Auckland. Loral agents Murray, Roberts and Co..
