ROMANCE OF STAGE
A BRIDE AT 73. Married again at the age of 73, Mrs. Mary Taylor, a widow, of Hartest, Suffolk, well known in the theatrical world at one time as “Ethel Trever,” said after the ceremony recently:— “It is never too late to indulge in romance; but I am not old, although I have waived a woman’s privilege by disclosing my age.” The marriage took place at Sudbury Register Office, the bridegroom being Mr. Anthony Geqj-ge Baldwin, a widower, of' 64. They were friends years ago, lost sight of one another, and met again recently. “It’s just an old affection revived’,” said Mrs. Baldwin. “I came to live on my property at Hartest about two and a half years ago, and, as I am interested in the property market, I happened in Sudbury one day to meet my old friend George Baldwin. We discussed business together, then got discussing other things, and. as you see. the 1 usiness was concluded.”
