ABNORMAL RAINFALL. (Received 26. 9.30 a.m.) London, September 25. Summer, according to the calendar, has ended. It is declared to have been the worst in Britain since 1878. The sunshine was nearly 200 hours below the average, while the rainfall was abnormal, with heavy storms and floods.
