Garvey Players are requested to meet at station at 10 a.m. sharp. • PERT PARS ON THE PLAYERS. Shipp can be relied upon to fire che team with vim. Donovan is built more for speed than comfort. Phillips is no relation to the vendors of his nickname. Weatherspoon will i e seen at his best in the mud. Hutchins will be going like a gamecock. Lowe lives up to his name when tackling Baker will “knead” the scrum into formation O’Connor, as wing forward, requires to be seen to be appreciated. Touhy, half-back, is the loudest yet produced. O’Neill, an unknown quantity. Jermv is the nearest thing to the domestic bottleopener yet seen. McLachlan should have been in the All Blacks—but wasn’t. Burns, relative of Tommy, may be seen to better advantage after the match. Lowry requires no introduction to Hawke's Bnv. Mudge is not popular with referees as they have to hire a motor-bke to keep up with him. The emergencies will sing carols during the interval
