I> the decision of the Supreme Court yesterday the Government Omnibus Co.’s services of the Mount Eden -Motor Bus Company are to be taken over by the Auckland Corporation. The amount of compensation will be dealt with by an action to be heal’d a month hence. The purchase price claimed is £35,485. Mr. Justice Herdman said that a majority decision of the court was that Government Omnibus Company buses were in substantial competition in the district covered by the tramway service as laid down by the Art.—
