TSINGTAO CRISIS ENDED.

RAILWAY COMMUNICATION RESTORED. Shanghai, July 10. The Tsingtao crisis is reported to have ended with Chenghsin routed by Sun Chuan-chang, and the Shantung militarists. Railway communication between Tsingtao and inland cities is restored, principally owing to patrolling by Japanese troops.
