For ninny years she. was resident on the Kaftimu Estate, where her husband held the responsible position of stud manager for the into Hon. J. D. Ormond and later for Mr J. D. Ormond, junior. Of a kindly and hospitable disposition, she had secured the regard of all those, who had come in close social contact with her. A year or two ago she left Hastings to live with her daughter, Mrs W. Donovan, with whom and her brothers Sidney, Charles, William, ami Alfred, all of Hastings, there will bo heartfelt sympathy in the loss they have sustained.
