ASSEMBLY AND COUNCIL.
CRISTS IN VICTORIA. (Received 22, 10.10 a.m.) Melbourne, Dec. 22. The Assembly, for the third time, rejected the advice of the Legislatives Council to amend the income tax proposals. A crisis is now invitable, and probably the Labour party will be asked to form a Ministry, or an appeal will be made to the country.—(A. and N.Z.)
