Miller if it is not left vacant itself. Some excitement was caused in Avenue road east yesterday evening, about 7.15, when a man was seen running about the road in his shirt sleeves, waving his arms and behaving in a very eccentric manner. The man who struggled violently, was laid hold of by some mon and forcibly taken to his home, whore he was attended by a doctor. He seemed to have acted under the influence of some sudden mental storm.
