BANKRUPT MANAGER’S LOSSES. (Per Press Association.) Auckland, Nov. 7. Cyril Augustus Paque at a meeting of his creditors, with a schedule showing debts at £6,500 and assets nil, stated his failure was brought about through hig connection with the A. R. Neill and Company, Limited. He was manager of that company which was forced into liquidation in August. 1921. H© mortgaged his home for £3.500 and his furniture for £4OO. all the money going into the company. All the money he owned with the exception of about £7O. had gone into the company. While h© was connected with the company he drew £4OO yearly. In the final stages he was sole proprietor. Of th© other two directors, M. C, Neill, was bought out, and Mariner eave his shares to Paque. It was stated that any leeal action was barred by the Statute of Limitations. No resolution was passed
