800 FAMILIES HOMELESS. (Received 6, 11.25 a.m.) Paris, Nov. 5. The floods in the Rheims district are becoming serious. Eight hundred families have abandoned floodod-out houses. Several villages have been evacuated and cut off. A number of loads are impassable.— (A. and N.Z.)
