NAPIER HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY. AN ATTRACTIVE EXHIBITION. The annual rose and show of the Napier Horticultural Society, held in the Foresters’ Hall, was opened this afternoon, there being a large attendance < The display of roses and sweetpeas is splendid, being quite the best ever seen in Napier* The task of the judge, Mr F. Mason, of Feilding, in determining the champion blooms, is most difficult. The display of stocks, antirrhinums and cut flowers is also most attractive, and competition in these classes is very keen. The decorative class, vegetables, and home industries drew numerous entries, all of which were of an exceptional standard, THE PRIZE LIST. The prize list is as follows:— Bridal bouquet: Mrs W.
