At the fortnightly meeting nf the Napier Radio Club it was decided to forward to Mr Shrimpton, Government. telegraphic engineer-in-chief, inviting him to address the club on les telegraphy during his next visit to Napier. It was further decided to forward a telegram to the PostmasterGeneral (the Hon. J. G. Coates) con. gratulating him on the new Government regulations re broadcasting holdups. An interesting address was given bv Mr. Butcher of Greenmeadows, on the transmitting and receiving sets of vessels. Mr Butcher was accorded a hearty vote of> thanks.
