Whilst Mr S. A, Vyner was driving some hoggets this morning, in St. George’s road, Hastings, he saw twtf of them lying in a pool of water. Thinking they were tired, he went towards them to lift them up. when ho saw another fall down beside them. He laid hold of them by the wool and as he did so, he experienced a slight electric shock through his arm, but he succeeded in pulling them out. Mr Vyner thinks the animals must have been overcome by an electric current, dut to some leakage of another, as there are nd wires down in the locality.
