WEDDING.
HENDERSON—WILLIAMS. A very pretty wedding was celebrated at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church on Wednesday lost, when Miss Winifred Gladys Wil'iams, eldest daughter of Mrs. L. Williams, Hastings, was married to Harold Joseph Henderson, youngest son of the late Mr. H. Henderson, of Dunedin. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. P. Ramsay. The church was prettily decorated by friends of the bride. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of Mr. T. Fraser, wore a simple frftek of ivory crepe de chine with drapings of cire lace, a coronet of silver leaves and orange blossoms held the tulle veil in place. A beautiful bouquet of choice white roses was carried. The bridesmaids were Miss Ruby Catherine Williams (late of Gisborne) who wore a dainty frock of shell pink charmeuse made early Victorian style with picture hat . and bouquet to match, and Miss Illia May Williams, who. who a daiqty frock of lavender charmeuse with picture hat to match. The bridegroom’s presents to the bridesmaids were a gold Wristlet watch end a silver purse. The duties of best man were carried out by Mr. Frederick McAllister, and the groomsman was Mr. -Thomas Fogerty. After the ceremony a large number of guests were entertained at .the Rialto Tearooms, and were received by Mrs. L. Williams, who wore a cream radium lace frock with black picture hat. The bridal couple left later by car for Auckland and Rotorua, the bride wearing silver grey moratain with hat and shoes' to match'.
