SHANNON HEADMASTER’S SUICIDE.
DUE TO ILL-HEALTH. (Per Press Association.) Shannon. Sept. 12 At the inquest on William Voysey, headmaster of Shannon State school it was disclosed that deceased met hia death by a gunshot wound self-in-flicted. He was found dead in the kitchen of the school residence with a gun alongside and a wound oyer the heart. He lift a note indicating hfa intention of taking his Ke on acOount of ill health. He also left a direction for the disposal of his affairs. He had been headmaster at Shannon for 35 years, and was previously a teacher in Westland.
