VALUABLE SCHOLARSHIPS ALLOCATED. London, July 31. The Fellowship of the British Empire, whose receipts and subscriptions amount to £50,000, propose to allocate £lO,OOO to promote interImperial relations by means of Empire scholarships, ranging from £lOO to £lOOO, for young people of Britain with a view to settlement overseas.— (Reuter).
