PREMIER AT WINDSOR BUDGET AND McKENNA DUTIES. (Received 28, 9.45 a.m.) London, April 26. The King hoped to witness the Soccer Cup final, but later arranged to remain at Windsor to receive the Premier and his daughter, who were present at a private week-end party at Windsor, including Princess Helena Victoria, the Archbishop of Canterbury, the American Ambassador and Mrs/ Kellogg, and A iscount and A iscountess Cow dray. Mr. MacDonald will return to London to-morrow to hold an important Cabinet meeting to put the finishing touches to the Budget and especially to decide the fate of the McKenna duties, which have been the subject ot conflicting announcements. —(A. and N.Z.) -
