ATTEMPTED SUICIDE.

PRISONER CUTS HIS THROAT.

Wanganui, March 13. A man named Frank Alexander Moulin, aged about 40. arrested yesterday and charged with setting fire to a house in Bell street, cut his throat with a razor at the police station a few minutes before the sitting of Hie court. He was taken to hospital in a serious condition. The fire superintendent found a quantity of waste soaked with kerosene stuffe? high up on the outside of the building.
