The Liberals are moving an amendment to the Army Estimates, challenging the Government's refusal to pension ex-rankers holding temporary commissions in wartime on the scale of permanent officers, costing £13,000,UUU annually. Wearing heavy gold braided levee dress AV Ramsay MacDonald and Mr J. R. dynes attended the King’s first levee since the Labouriites came into power- Messrs Griffith and Parkinson were similarly attired.
