Reakes, Director-General of Agriculture, met a committee of the Hastings butchers this morning with a view to arriving at a solution of the difficulty regarding the Hastings municipal slaughtering agreement with Nelson’s Ltd., whereby the interests of all parties might b© served on a common understanding.
