BRITISH POST OFFICE RATES,

London, March 11. In the House of Commons, questioned whether in the event of the Post Office conducting wireless services with the dominions they would adhere to tlie fixation of rates one-third less than the cables. Mr. Hartshorn replied that tlie Post Office was prepared to cooperate in the reduction provided the net rate per word was divided equally between the stations in this country and the stations in South Africa and Australia participating in the communication.—(Reuter.)
