EXTENSION OF TERMS. (Received 17, 1.25 p.m.) London, Nov. 16. In the House of Commons .Mr Ronald McNeill said the Government had invited the Governments of the dominions to concur in the extension of th© validity of British passports to five years.— (Reuter).
