CLAIM FOR DAMAGES. Auckland, November 16. In the Supreme Court, Luka Antonicvitch a Dalmatian, sued Alfred Ernest Harding, of Dargavill©. owner 01 . motor car and Ngaire Jervis, of driver of th e. claiming £264 damages for 1 injuries alleged to have .been sustained as the result of a dolhsion with a bicycle ridden by plaintiff. Th© defence alleged that plaintiff was on the wrong side of the road, and denied that the car was driven at a fast. pace. Miss Jervis admitted that sh© lost her head when a collision seemed inevitable. The case is proceeding.
