London, Nov. 14. Two smartly dressed young wotnen applied at the Hampstead Police Court for the magistrate’s signature to their applications for assisted passage to New Zealand.
The Magistrate: Do you realise you are covenanting not to marry for a year? This seems to me very serious. Do you thoroughly, understand the conditions ?
