New' Zealand Union to J make further representation to the English Union to secure an allowance 1 for the New Zealand team. a ; ( NEW ZEALAND RUGBY UNION. t - ■ t Wellington, Nov. 14. « The question of the appeal of the 1 Marist*Club from its suspension by the Canterbury Union was made before ‘ the New Zealand Union to-night. , After discussion it was agreed that the ( whole matter be referred ba:;k to the ‘ Canterbury Union for inquiry and to- ' port. Mr Wylie said the suspension : was purely a temporary measure made without authority. Several applications from secretaries ; for bonuses in connection with services rendered during the tour of the New < South Wales team were considered and declined. \ |. Further correspondence regarding the boundary dispute between Wanganui and Taranaki was read, also, with Hawke’s Bay regard regarding : the exclusion of Mill and Gemmell from the All Black team. i It was decided to inform Hawke’s ’ Bay that the selectors had given an : explanation in the matter.
