WEDDING.

JON ES—MAGNUSSON. A quiet but pretty wedding was celebrated at St. Columba’s Presbyterian Church. Havelock North, on Monday afternoon last by the Rev. R. B. Waugh, the contracting parties being Miss Dorothea Forbes Magnusson, daughter of Mr. F. G. Magnusson, of New Plymouth, and Mr. George Ernest Jones, late of Hawera, but now of Napier. The bride looked winsome in a simply made frock of cream Assam silk, relieved with geor--1 gettc, wearing a veil and orange blossoms and carrying u shower bouquet. A reception was held afterwards at the residence of Mr* and Mrs. W. Bridgman, where the customary toasts were honoured. Later the happy couple left for their new home in Napier.
