AUSTRALIA'S BUTTER BEST.
NEW ZEALAND’S MORE UNIFORM Melbourne, May 16. At the Australian conference of butter and cheese managers, Mr. Al. O’Callaghan. Commonwealth dairy expert, said that Australian was the best butter better than New Zealand’s best, but it did not bring such prices as the latter because New Zealand butter was of such uniformity.
