VOTES GREATLY REDUCED. London, March 5. The civil service estimates for next year show a reduction of over £BB,000,000. The decreases in some departments are very large. .The estimated cost for the relief of unemployment is £1,750,000, a decrease of £820,000 compared with this year. The education vote is £3,000,000 less, while the Irish vote is responsible for a large reduction.
