SINGLES SEMI-FINAL. Christchurch, an. 20. The ladies’.invitation tournament is being continued in fine weather. In the singles semi-final Miss Macfarlane beat Miss Howe, 6—T, 6—2. Miss Lance beat Mrs. Lascelles, 6—2, 6—3. Misses Lance and Macfarlane meet in the final. WELLINGTON PROVINCIAL TOURNAMENT.
