Mr. R. C. Wright, being the only candidate nominated was yesterday reelected parents’ representative on the Napier Technical School Board of Managers. There is no more patient judge on the Bench than Mr. Justice Frazer, but on Tuesday the practice became so pronounced that it drew’ from him the remark, in angry tones, “You people in the back, if there are going to be any more interruptions the lot of you will have to get out. This isn’t a picture show!”
