CABINET CHANGES. (Received 21, 1.40 p.m.) Pekin, Sept. 20. The Cabinet changes are believed to have an important bearing on the relations between the northern and southern republics. Sun Tan-lin succeeds Tien Wen-lien as Minister of the Interior, Lo Wen-kan succeeds Kao Ling-wei as Minister of Finance, and Shu-chien succeeds Ching Yao-sheng as Minister of Education.—(A. and N.Z.)
