SYDNEY “HERALD’S” MISTAKE. (Received 19, 11.25 a.m.) Melbourne, September 19. Mr. W. M. Hughes emphatically denies yesterday’s cabled interview regarding Nationalists’ prospects at the election and declares the whole thing is a malicious fabrication. The Sydney “Herald’s” representative explains that the interview was confused with his weekly political review during transmission to Sydney.
