Mako; Arrived from Auckland and East Coast bays at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon ,and sailed again at 8 o’clock last night on the return trip. Awahou: Working East Coast bays en route to Gisborne. Ripple: Sailed for Waikokonu at 10 o’clock last night with a load of sleepers, and is due back on Saturday. She will sail the same day for Wellington. Putiki: Due from Wellington and Akitio to-morrow morning, and sails to-morrow night for GisborneRuru, Koutunui, and Fanny are idle in port. Kiritona apd Tangaroa: At Wairoa. awaiting a favourable opportunity to sail for Napier. Te Aroha and Koau: Sail for Wairoa when th ebar improves. \ Tu Atu: At Wairoa UNION LINE. Arahura: Arrived 7 a.m. to-day from Northern ports and will sail again at 8 p.m. for Gisborne only. Due back 6 a.m. Saturday and will sail again at 7 a.m. for Northern ports Waitemata: Sailed 7.30 p.m. yesterday for New Plymouth. Kaitangata: At breakwater discharging sleepers for the East Coast Railway and a small quantity of salt. Due to sail on Friday for Westport to load timber for I Sydney and Melbourne. Kini: Sailed midnight last night for Bluff. SHAW, BAVILL A ALBION LINE. The Corinthic is due at Napier about the first week in October to load 12,000 freight carcases of frozen meat and a quantity of general cargo for Home. Dalgety and Co are the local agents. The Maimoa is due at Napier about the end of October to load 7,000 freight carcases of frozen meat. Murray, Roberts and Co. are the local agents. OTHER VESSELS. Baden Powell: Left Gisborne at 9 pm, on Tues lay, has been delayed by the bad weather. Yesterday morning she was passed by the Mako on the other side of Mahia Peninsular. She should have reached Napier during the night in which case she will sail! again at noon to-day on the return to Gisborne. The vessel f is due back at Napier on Saturday morning and wiU sail again at noon the same day for Gisborne. F. G. Smith and Co., are the local agents.
