SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT. Wellington. September 13. The Full Court gave judgment this morning in dealing with Hinewhaki Block No. 3. The District Land Agent, Napier said he declined to register the partition order dealing with certain native lauds until the applicant connected the owners thereof with their predecessors in the title. The applicants contended they were entitled to registration without complying with the Registrar’s demands. Separate judgments were delivered this morning by all the members of the Court, in which they all concurred in the opimnon that the Registrar was not entitled to refuse registration of the partition order ini question.
