CORONER’S VERDICT. MURDER AND SUICIDE. Melbourne, Sept. 12. At the inquest on the Hampton tragedy the coroner found that Dr. Cranstoun died by his own hand, and his three sons and Miss Bayliss died from narcotic poisoning administered by Cranstoun, whom the post morem showeded had been mentally affected. —(A. and N.Z.) [Dr. Cranstoun was found lying unconscious in his home, and three of his sons and Miss Gladys Bayliss were found dead. Two other children and Mr Cranstoun were also found unconscious. The doctor later died in hospital. It was believed the victims were subject to morphia injections.]
