THE OBERCASSEL AFFAIR. A SENSATIONAL TURN.. . London. Sept. 8. Le Petit Parisien’s*’ Brussels correspondent states that the affair at Obercasse! has taken a sensational turn. The Germans were srrongiy accused of the double crime. The evidence shows that Stass, who wa s drunk left a cafe near the barracks, and in delirium tremens or a tragic mistake shot Ruckweert with a revolver, and then committed suicide—(A. and N.Z.)
