[By Cable.—Press Association.--Copyright.)

(Received 29, 11.10 a.m.) London, March 28,

The “Daily Mail” state that the Premier’s return to London with premature suddenness was mainly owing to the feeling in official circles respecting the Genoa Conference. It. is now clear that besides opinion inside and outside of the House of Commons, which kis gravely divided on the question, there have arisen disagreements within the Cabinet. Mr Churchill for a long .time has lamented the attitude of the Government towards Russia. His feelings are shared by some of his colleagues. While hitherto differences and cleavages were avoided ,the Premier’s booming of the Bolshevik policy counter-emotions, which cannot be ignored. It is understood that the Premier conferred with Mr Churchill. Meanwhile, Lenin, in an interview, declared:— “The man I want to see is Mr Lloyd George. I feel that with him an understanding is possible.”—(United Service.)
