“The Trocadero fills a community want,” said an admiring patron a few days ago. as he left the Trocadero (Napier). Yes, so it does—and it fills a personal “want,”’ too—and does it well, and cheaply too. The Trocadero is a good place to visit for lunch or morning or afternoon tea.
